Pasadena, California — Residential Patio Cover Project

Project Overview
We transformed an open concrete patio into a clean, shaded outdoor living space in Pasadena, CA with a modern aluminum pergola and drop-down screens. The result: a comfortable spot for BBQs, family dinners, and relaxing outside—without baking in the sun.
Our Solution
We installed a powder-coated aluminum pergola in a sleek dark finish, anchored securely to the existing concrete slab. To boost comfort, we added drop-down shade screens that help cut glare, block wind, and give the space a more private, cozy feel.
Key Features
Modern aluminum frame (durable, low maintenance, clean lines)
Adjustable shade + comfort with drop-down screens
Strong anchoring to existing concrete patio for long-term stability
Outdoor-ready finish designed to handle sun, heat, and seasonal weather
A layout that keeps the patio open, functional, and easy to furnish
Scope of Work
On-site measurement + placement planning
Frame assembly and secure mounting to concrete
Roof system installation and alignment
Drop-down screen installation + final tuning
Cleanup + final walkthrough with the homeowner
Result
This Pasadena backyard now has a true “SoCal outdoor room” vibe—shade when you want it, airflow when you don’t, and a polished look that instantly upgrades the whole yard.
